I’ve been working on a post for my birthday weekend, but so much happened that it’s going to take me a while to work it all in. For now, I have a challenge for all my girlfriends out their who are wanting to work on their arms and core muscles. Jen over at Running With The Girls has issued a Friendly Competition. The Challenge? See how long you can plank, wall sit and how many push ups you can do from TODAY until August 31st. It’s only 18 days. Let’s see what personal progress you can make!
So starting today, do as many pushups, wallsit and plank for as long as you can, and record your results each time. See how far you can get by the end of August. On September 2nd, she’s randomly chosing 3 participants for a pair of Sweat Pink shoelaces!
